Location and Facilities: The course is conducted on the internet, with text material and quizzes on line. Weekly conferences are recommended, which are held in the offices of CENTURY 21 J. C. Jones Realty at 858 NW 6th Street in Grants Pass. A study station with computer is available at the office for student use. Library and training material are also available. |

How about working in real estate after I finish the course and pass the state exam? There is a ready market for new brokers to work as independent contractors. Real Estate Sales is strictly on a commission basis, and new brokers are truly in business for themselves. Before being admitted to the course here students are interviewed for potential for success, and nearly all who pass the Oregon exam will be invited to join CENTURY 21 J.C. Jones Realty as part of our team. |
