We have a school, CENTURY 21 AMERICAN DREAM REALTY SCHOOL, providing the state required training to pass the license exam along with several advanced training courses required by the State of Oregon.

GETTING YOUR OREGON REAL ESTATE LICENSE
State requirements
New brokers must complete 150 hours of prelicense training, covering the following topics: Real Estate Finance, Oregon Real Estate Practices, Real Estate Law, Contracts, Agency, Property Management, Real Estate Brokerage.
The State requires a fingerprint check and a prelicense exam. We offer a school, CENTURY 21 American Dream Realty school, an online program coupled with sample tests and student counseling to ensure students can pass the State exam. Call managing broker John Jones for details, 541-660-8598
